Terry Lee Belcher, 68 of Huntington, WV passed away, Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Heartland Hospice Rosemont Pavilion, Portsmouth, OH. He was born March 16, 1951 in Richmond, VA. the son of the late, Samuel Raymond Belcher, Jr. and Mildred Worell Belcher. Terry was a graduate of Barboursville High School and attended classes at Marshall University. He was also active in the Boy Scouts of America where he served as an Eagle Scout; the highest rank attainable. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons, Charlie and Michael Belcher. He is survived by his sister, Robin Ash of Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington; with Monsignor Dean Borgmeyer officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the mortuary.
