Ruthann Rider Kingery 61 of Lesage, WV passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born August 16, 1960 in Delaware OH the daughter of the late, Arnold Ray and Velma Juanita Cooper Rider. She was an In-Home Caregiver with Panhandle Support Services. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Courtney NI'Cole Caldwell. She is survived by one brother, David A.
