Kensey Faith McCoy
(October 2, 2006 - August 7, 2022)

Kensey Faith McCoy, 15 of Barboursville, WV, our favorite Mouseketeer fought long and hard - in true Kensey fashion. On Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 3:03 am she said goodbye to sickness and struggle and ran into the arms of Jesus in the Nationwide Children Hospital, Columbus, OH. She was born October 2, 2006. Little Miss Sassy Pants received the ultimate healing and is now celebrating life healthy and whole. She was an 8th grade student at Milton Middle School, a member of Christ Temple Church and a huge Mickey Mouse fan. She is survived by her parents, Jason and step-mother, Malena McCoy and Jessica and step-father, Josh Tomblin; paternal grandparents, Kathie and Gail Farley; maternal grandparents, Melvin and Kay Coburn; step-maternal grandparents, Phyllis and Carlos Crank; step-paternal grandparents, Sharon and John Tomblin; special great-grandmother, Reva Staton; two sisters, Emilee and Lensey McCoy; brothers, Eli McCoy, Cody McCoy, Greyson Crank, Peyton Tomblin, Kaleb Tomblin, Nicolas Tomblin and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Christ Temple Church, 2400 Johnstown Rd. Huntington, WV with Pastor Chuck Lawrence, Todd Beckley and (Batman) John Buckland officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 6-8 PM at Christ Temple Church, 2400 Johnstown Rd. Huntington, WV.
