Jack Kerwood Plott II

Jack
Kerwood “Woody” Plott, II,
age 54, of Alma passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at
Mid-Michigan Medical Center-Gratiot. He was born April 16, 1960 in
Huntington, West Virginia, the son of, Jack Kerwood and Marlene S.
(Spradling) Plott. Woody was a 1976 graduate of East Lansing High School. He
established his career as a salesman for several different automobile
dealerships over the years. He loved cars, movies, classic television shows,
bourbon and debating anyone who was up to the task. Woody was also a news
buff and enjoyed staying up to date on current events. Woody is
survived by his beloved dog, Bella, a brother, Jeffrey (Lisa) Plott of Mt.
Pleasant, MI and a nephew, Paul W. Robinson of Grand Rapids, MI. Also, aunts
and uncles, Jim and Betty Weiler of Huntington, WV., Halbert and Peggy
Ashworth of Bluffton, SC and several cousins. He was preceded in death
by his father, Jack K. Plott and mother Marlene S. Plott, paternal
grandparents, Chester and Elizabeth Plott and maternal grandparents, Dalton
and Edith Spradling. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 7th
at 2 pm at the Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary in Huntington, West Virginia. In
lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mid-Michigan
Medical Center-Gratiot, 300 E. Warwick Dr., Alma, MI 48801.
