On Tuesday, June 17, 2014, Frances Himes Hall; Beloved Mother of Sara (Joseph) Luciano, Annette (Brian) Moore and Stephanie (James) Shrake; Loving grandmother of Robb Hall, Ben McColley, Ryan Shrake, Amelia Shrake, and Christopher Moore; A private family graveside service will be held at Woodmere Memorial Park in Huntington, WV on Friday, June 20, 2014. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland. A celebration of life service will be held 5 to 7 p.m. at 11630 Glen Arm Rd (Glen Meadows Retirement Community), Glen Arm, MD 21057, on Monday, June 23, 2014.
