Anne Hope Weber
(April 15, 1920 - February 6, 2018)



Anne Hope Weber, 97, of Huntington, died Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2018 by the Rev. Doug Pendleton at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary. Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. prior. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park’s Abbey of Peace. Anne was born April 15, 1920 in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Richard and Eva Taylor.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Philip A. Weber Jr., a sister, Betty Turner and a brother, William Taylor. Survivors include a son Philip A. Weber and his wife Tomi of Huntington, and a daughter Nancy E. Molter of Pittsburgh, PA .  Six grandchildren, Nathan, Jonathan, Josh, and Sarah Molter and Matthew and Catherine Weber; and a brother James C. Taylor and his wife Annette of Senecaville, OH. She was a lifetime member of the Second Presbyterian Church of Huntington; a graduate of Huntington High School and Marshall University. She had a passion for watching Marshall sports, tennis, college basketball and Little League. The family would like to offer a special “thank you” to all the staff at Wyngate in Barboursville.
