JACK FOWLER
(November 13, 1933 - December 11,
2010)
JACK FOWLER,
77, of Huntington, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away
Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at Heritage Center, Huntington. Funeral services
will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by
Pastor Jamie Gump. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
Jack was born Nov. 13, 1933, in Ashland, Ky., a son of the late Clarence
Mack and Freda Stapleton Fowler. He was a retired truck driver with the
Teamster Union Local 175 and Local 505. Jack was also a member of the
Madison Avenue Christian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded
in death by a son, Mackey Fowler. Jack is survived by his wife of 54 years,
Regina Harshbarger Fowler; a son, Tony Fowler of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a
daughter, Jackie Fowler-Raines of Huntington; five grandchildren, Tyler
Raines, Taylor Raines, Tucker Raines, Corey Fowler and Connor Fowler; a
sister and brother-in-law, Geneva and Tanky Stark of Ashland, Ky.;
sister-in-law, Pat Wright of Daniels, W.Va.; niece, Shelley Short and her
husband Daniel of Ashland, Ky.; nephew, Brent Jones of Ashland, Ky.; and
special friends, Greg and Craig Lowe. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m.
Monday at the Reger Funeral Home.
