Wanda Lois Riffe-Jones
(January 25, 1927 - April 20, 2013)



“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life…
Wanda Lois Riffe Jones, of Littleton Colorado (formerly of Proctorville OH), born January 25th, 1927 the daughter of William S. and Opal Adams, entered Heaven’s gates to be with her Lord, Jesus, and join the loved ones waiting for her on Saturday, April 20th, 2013, at the age of 86. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother “Nanaw”, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lou V. Riffe; her son, Kemper Riffe; two brothers, Raymond Adams and Bill Adams; and a sister, Donna Farrar. Those left to love, cherish, and celebrate the memory of Wanda include her husband, John Jones; her loving daughter, Sheri Davis and special son-in-law, Thomas Davis of Franklin TN; her beloved grandchildren: Scott Davis and his wife Melisa of Spring Hill TN, Stacee Canterbury of Kenova WV, Kemper Riffe of Lavalette WV, Aaron Davis and his wife Michelle of Mooresville NC, and Danielle Riffe of Sparkes NV; a sister, Helen Johnson of Ceredo WV; eight precious great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held at Reger Funeral Home, Huntington WV, on Sunday April 28th, 2013 from 4 to 6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Chesapeake Ohio, on Monday April 29th, 2013 at 10AM. Burial will be at Rome Cemetery. The funeral will be conducted by Reger Funeral Home.
