Mildred Maxine Gibson, 72, of Huntington, widow of Pierce Isaac Gibson, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 pm Tuesday at Docks Creek Cemetery, Maple Hill Section, Kenova by Jerry Beckett. Burial will follow. She was born May 17, 1943 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Henry and Rosalind Legg Runyon. She was a homemaker. In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by two children Gina Gibson and Michael McCallister. Survivors include three sons and a daughter in law Ricky Runyon, Lee and Marie Gibson and Jimmy Gibson; four daughters and three sons in law Tina and Robert Delawder, Debbie and Greg Fuller, Robin Gibson and Karen and Anthony Stradwick; a host of grandchildren and many, many great grandchildren and a brother Jimmy Runyon. Friends may call from 11 am until noon at the Reger Funeral Home. A procession will leave the funeral home at noon.
