David Kraig Kiger, 60, of Huntington, passed away Friday October 23, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday at the Huntington Christian Church on Auburn Road, by Minister Jeff Wickert. Burial will follow in Burlington Green Lawn Cemetery, South Point, Ohio. He was born February 7, 1955 in Whitesburg, KY, a son of the late Willard A. and Mary Johnson Kiger. He was the former manager of the Spring Valley Public Service District and was also employed by Delta Electric and Service Machine Company. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a sister in law Jean Kiger. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Maybelle Kiger, two daughters Angi Strickland of Huntington and Mary Ann Murray (Robert) of Proctorville, Ohio; his pride and joy, grandson Alex Strickland; brother Larry Kiger of High Point, NC; sister Sherry Hanshaw (Trey) of Huntington and a host of family and friends including special friends Kevin Adkins, Graham Andrae and Rob Andrae.
