Billy E. Milem, 91, of Huntington, WV passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his residence. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 1:30 pm , September 19, 2017 at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio. Billy was born on November 12, 1925 in Ironton, Ohio the son of the late Raymond and Dora White Milem. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by the girl’s mother Pauline Maggard Milem and his second wife Geraldine Jenkins Milem. He was also preceded by his two brothers and sister: Wayne “June” Damron and Kenneth “Jack” Damron and Virginia Vanderhoof and a son in law: John Fuller. Billy was a retired engineer with the C&O Railroad and a veteran of the US Navy. He is survived by his five daughters : Marcine Fuller, Paulette and Wayne Underwood, Debbie and Roy Rogers, Dora and Rick Atkins and Mary Beth Ingram and Brett Collier. Seven grandchildren: Bill Fuller, Elizabeth Smith and Robert, Timothy Underwood, Christopher Ingram and Noel Eisenhardt, Erica Dawn Atkins, Jason Underwood and William Bradley Ingram. Great grandchildren: Gaberiel ,Kendra and Wade Smith, Trenton, Christina and Hunter Underwood, Destiney Underwood and Tristan Underwood and Emma and Hunter Fuller and Holli Ingram. There will be no visitation. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family.
