Betty Gay Arthur Kinnard
(July 26, 1946 - April 20, 2015)

Betty Gay Arthur Kinnard, 68, of Culloden, WV, passed away April 20, 2015. She was born July 26, 1946, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Joe Arthur and Thelma McComas Arthur. She was also preceded in death by her husband Leon Kinnard; brother Bill Arthur; sister Wanda Wintz and brother Jim Arthur. She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law Michael and Wendy Sowards, Jeffrey Sowards, and James and Nichole Sowards; one sister Janet Shull; one brother and sister-in-law Donald and Mary Arthur; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Friday, April 24, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
