Herbert Lee Elkins
(July 30, 1928 - June 2, 2015)

HERBERT LEE ELKINS, 86, of Ona, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at the Cabell Heath Care Center. He was born July 30, 1928, in Cabell County, a son of the late Chauncey and Alice Owens Elkins. He is survived by his wife Harvalee Wilson Elkins; one daughter, Marion Holbrook (Tom); three sons, Jimmy Elkins (Robin), Chuck Elkins (Eppie) and Paul Elkins (Jane); three sisters, Wanda Colegrove, Katherine Messinger and Mary Alice Bowen (Orin); nine grandchildren, Caleb Holbrook, Jason Elkins, Ashley McDaniel, Kristi Elkins, Cynthia Elkins, Daniel Elkins, Kaylee Grace Elkins, Tommy Holbrook and Jeremiah Elkins; and nine great-grandchildren. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, June 5, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Friday, June 5, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Gary Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
