Charles Edward Duncan
(April 22, 1945 - February 1, 2016)

Charles Edward Duncan, 70, of Hurricane, passed away Feb. 1, 2016. He was born April 22, 1945 in Putnam County, a son of the late Norman Randall Duncan and Dorothy Jean Lively Duncan. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Marilyn Taylor Duncan; four adopted children and their spouses, Kathy Jo and Eric Tucker, Teresa and David Myers, Vickie Jordan and Gary and Tiffany Lilly; four sisters, Kathryn Tucker, Norma Jean and Dave Taylor, Sharon Armstead and Carolyn Mynes; two brothers, Randy and Teresa Duncan and Ronnie and Hazel Duncan; seven grandchildren, Tori, Haylei, Rami, Ryan, Christian, Ethan and Trey; and one great-granddaughter, Kinleigh. Memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
