Lora Jean Ramsey
(May 15, 1925 - July 7, 2017)

Lora Jean Ramsey, 92, of Milton passed away Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Cabell Health Care Center. She was born May 15, 1925 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Homer Jacks and Hattie Mullins Jacks. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Ramsey, brothers, Ernie and Calvin Jacks. She is survived by one daughter, Regina Foster; three nieces, Brenda, Julie and Crystal; and nephew, Randy. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton by Rev. Brent Beckett. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10-12 Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
