Dewey Andrew Jordan
(September 20, 1941 - July 21, 2018)

DEWEY ANDREW JORDAN, 76, of Milton, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2018, in St. Mary's Medical Center after a long battle with COPD. He was born on September 20, 1941, in Milton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jordan and Alma Rose Jordan; one brother, Elwood Rose; and a special foster mother, Wilhelmina Bicker. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jo Ann Shull Jordan; three loving daughters, Stephanie (Allen) Price, Andrea (Mark) Barr, Valerie (Jimmy) Ferris; eight wonderful grandchildren, Jordan (Kevin) Jackson, Ann Marie Barker, Jack Barker, Justin Barr and Julie Barr, Jake Ferris, Andy Ferris and Jenna Ferris; and special friends Bill Thompson, Mike Rider and Walter Meadows. Dewey worked at and retired from ACF Industries with 33 years of service. Dewey was a faithful member of Beulah Ann Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Greg Lunsford and Pastor Paul Meadows. Burial will be at Bicker Cemetery.
