Obituary

Bobbie Joe Criddle
(August 31, 1936 - August 24, 2021)

Bobbie Joe Criddle, 84, of Milton, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born August 31, 1936 in Rupert, W.Va., a son of the late, Albert and Alice Perry Criddle. He is also preceded in death by one sister and three brothers. He was retired after 22 years from the United States Air Force after serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Peggy Criddle; one son, Charles Criddle (Tammy); two daughters, Dawn Robbins (Harold) and Robin Lesko (David); two nieces, Barb Cogburn and Carissa Randolph; one nephew, Butch Colter; 10 grandchildren including a very helpful granddaughter, Katarina Criddle, 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor James Volpe officiating. Friends may visit 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
