Obituary

ETTA GEAN ADKINS
(December 15, 1924 - December 18, 2014)

ETTA GEAN ADKINS, 90, of Barboursville, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. Gean was born December 15, 1924, in Fentress County, Tenn., a daughter of the late Ogle and Iness Hoover Wright. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Adkins and several brothers and sisters, her daughter, Sandra Ulrich and her son, James Foster. She is survived by her sister, Judy Judd of Tennessee; brothers, Billy and Bobby Wright, both of Tennessee; grandchildren Norman Bauman Jr., Teresa Kay Bauman, and Rick Bauman; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
