Eva R. Lambert Innis

Eva R. Lambert Innis, 83, of Huntington, WV, pass away Friday December 25, 2009 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House after a long illness. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday December 29, 2009 at the White Chapel Mausoleum with Monsignor Lawrence Luciana officiating. Eva was born July 8, 1926 in Jackson County, OH a daughter of the late John P. & Mabel R. McGowan Lambert. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church. Eva was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years John H. Innis, 4 stillborn infant children, a daughter, Margaret Ann Innis, a step-son, William C. Innis, two sisters, Sally Ann Lambert & Peggy Lambert Asher, and one brother, Chester A. Lambert, Sr. Survivors include her son, Fred Innis of Huntington, step-daughter, Susan Innis of Apache Junction, AZ, step-son & daughter-in-law, Dr. Robert E. & Marianne Innis of Lowell, MA, step-daughter-in-law, Eloise Innis of Mulberry, FL, two brothers, Robert & Lowell Lambert of Oak Hill, OH, 4 step-grandchildren, several step-great & great-great-grandchildren, & several nieces & nephews, her "special boys" Scott Caserta, Dan Cottle, Greg Kyle & Ron Sizemore, a dear friend Jim Hardesty and a special angel Gladys Judd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Friends may call at the cemetery from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Tuesday. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
