Loren Daniel Morris

Loren Daniel Morris, 58, of South Point, OH, husband of Patricia Meadows Morris, passed away at home unexpectedly, Friday, June 15, 2012. He was born May 6, 1954, in Newfoundland, a son of the late Charles Morris. He was a maintenance worker at the Flint Group. Survivors in addition to his wife include: his mother, Veronica Bruce Morris of Walton, WV; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Matthew and Jennifer Morris of Louisville, KY, Joshua Morris and Shawn Morris both of South Point, OH; three grandchildren, Lucien Morris, Isabel Morris and Jackson Frederick; 4 sisters, Theresa White, Robin Thomas, Barbara Gillispie and Jeannine Brogan; a sister-in-law, Joyce Pauley, and a brother-in-law, Michael Meadows. There will be no funeral services at the request of the family. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00pm Wednesday, June 20,2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington. A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
