Steven Shawn Hensley, 35, of Huntington, WV, died Sunday August 24, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 6:00 PM Wednesday August 27, 2014 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington. Shawn was born June 20, 1979 in Huntington, WV a son of Steven Hensley & stepmother Donna of Ona, WV & the late Sherry Chambers Goheen. He was a route salesman for City Linen & Towel Service and visited the Seven Day Adventist Church with his grandmother. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Amanda Goheen, stepfather, Rick Goheen, cousin, Jason Hensley, uncle, Warren Craig Hensley, and maternal grandmother, Barbara Chambers. Additional survivors include two sons, William Hensley of Huntington & Logan Lambert of Atlanta, GA, one sister, Tara Shea (Steve) Williams of Proctorville, OH, three brothers, Scott Hensley, Alex Mills & Austin Hensley, fiancée, Emily Sayre paternal grandparents, Alma Hensley & Warren N (Carol) Hensley all of Huntington, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
