Andrea Michelle Hopkins
(November 30, 1961 - December 19, 2016)

Andrea "Angel" Michelle Hopkins, 55, of Huntington, WV passed away December 19, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born November 30, 1961. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Irene Matthews Newsom; and sisters, Kay Matthews and Judy Hopkins. Andrea leaves behind to mourn her loss; daughters, Toccara Kimbro and Barbara Jean Newsom; son, Tyron Kimbro; and father, Charles Albert Newsom, Jr. Also surviving are her siblings; Wanda Woods (Freddie), Harry Hopkins (Melinda), Steven Hopkins (Corliss), Sam Matthews (Tonya), Teresa Matthews and James Hopkins (Angela); father of Andrea’s children, Thomas Kimbro; 9 grandchildren, Jala, Malaya, Malaysha, Dameana, Donna, Turchon, Amyah, Joseph and Ta’Niya; best friend, Alinda Streeter; close friend, Jerry; and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 23, 2016 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev. Roy E. Terry officiating. Family will welcome friends one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
