Calvin Wade
(July 26, 1968 - December 23, 2016)

Calvin Wade, 48, of Huntington, WV passed away on December 23, 2016 at Jo-Lin Health Center, Ironton, Ohio. He was born July 26, 1968 in Logan Co. He is the son of Calvin Wade Sr. and Lorraine Dean. He is preceded in death by his parents. Calvin leaves behind to mourn his loss, his brothers; Robert Williams and Johnny Williams. Family would like to express sincere appreciation for the excellent care he received from Delores Moody, Jo-Lin Health Center and Cabell Huntington Hospital. There will be no services for Calvin; Tri-State Cremation Society is assisting family.
