Mark Allen Kinser

Mark Allen Kinser, 40, of Oak Hill, WV passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at CAMC General. He was born on January 28, 1978 to parents, William Samuel Kinser and Ada Jane Ruby.  He leaves behind to mourn his loss; siblings: William Samuel Kinser, Jr., Johnny Ray Kinser, Tina Marie Kinser, Dicky Lee Kinser and Jason Kinser.  Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
