Irvin Samuel Rowe, Jr.
(September 13, 1958 - April 19, 2018)

Irvin Samuel “Sam” Rowe, Jr., 59 of Barboursville, WV passed away April 19, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born September 13, 1958 in Huntington, WV; a son of Irvin Samuel Rowe, Sr., and Ruth Marcum. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Thelma J. Rowe. He leaves behind to mourn his loss, his mother, Ruth; his wife of life, Debra Shepherd; children: Tiffanie Neil (Ray), Casey Rowe (Katie), Danny S. LeMaster (Cindy) and Tonya Hysell; his siblings: Marie Lewis (Jerry), Herb Rowe and David Rowe; his 13 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Pastor Jerome Whitfield, officiating.  Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.
