LULA VIRGINIA "Mema" LUNSFORD, 76, of Milton, widow of Orville Lunsford, went home to be with her Lord Friday, April 15, 2005, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. Chelcie Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Lula was born August 27, 1928, a daughter of the late John William and Sarah Alice Ashworth. She was also preceded in death by eight brothers, Harvey, Delbert, Bennie, Woodrow, Lakin, Linville, Everette and Arnold; two sisters, Opal Hanna and Leona Ensor; and one granddaughter, Kristy Huggett. Lula is survived by five daughters and four sons-in-law, Sharon (Steve) Ray, Sandy Lunsford, Alice (Cecil) Taylor, Pam (Bill) Kirtley and Patty (Richard) Huggett; one sister, Ola Mae (Denver) Dailey; nine grandchildren who were the love of her life, Bobby (Jan) Ray, Dennis (fiancTe Tina) Ray, Melanie Napier, Monica (Rick) Stalnaker, Ryan (fiancTe Brandi) Taylor, Mike (Stacy) Kirtley, John (Allyson) Kirtley, Danny Huggett and Scott Huggett; two step-grandchildren, Tawnya Chapman and Brent (Amy) Taylor; seven great-grandchildren, Matt, Sarah, Madison, Hunter, Morgan, Logan and Jackson; four great-step-grandchildren, Kierra, Brock, Makinzy and Tanner; and three future step great-grandchildren, Elaina, Tia and Kenna. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
