Obituary

Alice Jean Golver, 61, of Milton went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, May 24, 2007 in St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.  Alice was born November 15, 1945 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Clyde “Harvey” and Alma Blake Jenkins.  She is also preceded in death by one son, Dexter Glover; three brothers, Irvan, George and Harold Jenkins; one sister, Mildred Jenkins.  She leaves behind her husband, Harvey Glover; one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Donald Lucas; ten grandchildren, Anthony Chapman, Chad Glover Davis, Amy Glover, Todd Glover, Scott Lucas, Meaghan Lucas, Zachary Lucas, Brandi Johnson, Brandon Blake and Shane Blake; four grandchildren-in-laws; four great grandchildren; five siblings, Sylvia Holley, Samuel Jenkins, Judy Morris, Opal Flora and Lurie Chapman; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 28, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home.
