Hazel Catherine Taylor
(November 7, 2013)

Hazel Catherine Taylor, of Barboursville, passed away Thursday November 7, 2013 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a businesswoman and she and her late husband, David Taylor, were builders and rental property owners. People knew her by her previous landmark, the pink elephant on Rt 60. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Tom Sheets of Barboursville, and Lotus Tootie and Jim St.Clair of Norcross, GA; four grandchildren, Jay St.Clair, Taylor St.Clair, Nicole Sheets and Isaac Sheets; two great-grandchildren, Mia St.Clair and Luke St.Clair. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Private family graveside services will be held later. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Road, Huntington, WV 25702 or The Gideons International, Cabell Lincoln Gideons, P.O.
