Dallas G. Harden
(January 24, 1932 - October 22, 2013)

Dallas G. Harden, 81, of Barboursville, passed away October 22, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Friday, October 25, 2013 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister David Gladwell. Entombment will be in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane. He was born January 24, 1932 in Culloden, a son of the late Willie and Lottie Davis Harden. He was a member of the Barboursville Church of Christ, a retired employee of Connor Steel/ Steel of WV, and a member of Steelworkers Union # 37, Huntington. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Ginn Harden, one daughter, Charlotte Bledsoe, and four brothers. He is survived by one son, Glenn (Sherry) Harden; daughter, Kimberly (Alan) Whitlow; son-in-law, David Bledsoe; sister, Faye Mitchell; brother, Denver; four grandchildren, Shawn (Christy) Bledsoe, Adam (Amanda) Bledsoe, Lincoln Whitlow and Bailey Whitlow; four great-grandchildren, Rachael and Mason Bledsoe, and Audrey and Hunter Bledsoe, and special friend, Jewel McNeely. Visitation will be after 11:00 am Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barboursville Church of Christ, 1120 McClung Ave., Barboursville, WV 25504.
