RALPH EDWARD RAMEY
October 21, 1962 - October 1, 2013)

RALPH EDWARD RAMEY, 50, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013. He was born October 21, 1962 in Huntington, a son of Kessellene Adkins Prolow of Branchland, W.Va., and the late Wondell Ramey. He is survived by one daughter, Samantha Blankenship of North Carolina; one son, Ralph Ramey of North Carolina; three sisters, Joyce Newsome, Jean Crum and Darlene Walker; three brothers, Sam Ramey, Wondell Ramey and Raymond Ramey; his stepfather, Edward Prolow; five grandchildren; his fianc'e, Tonia Parker and her children, Sammi Jo and Keith Parker. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Sunday, October 6, 2013, at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church in Kiahsville, W.Va., by the Rev. Danny Roberts. Burial will be in the Virgil Ramey Cemetery, Ranger, W.Va. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is charge of arrangements.
