NORMA LEE FISHER
(October 22, 1918 - October 11, 2015)



NORMA LEE FISHER, 96, of South Point, Ohio, passed away October 11, 2015. She was born October 22, 1918, in East Lynn, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lawrence and Roma Dillon Adkins. She was a beautician for more than 30 years and was a member of Burlington Baptist Church. She was on the Advisory Council for Sybene Senior Citizen Center, she bowled in several bowling leagues at Colonial and Imperial Lanes, and was active in AARP. She was preceded in death by her husband Haskell Kelly; four brothers, Tommy, Shannon, Ferry and Kenneth Adkins, and three sisters, Imogene Marcum, Lorene Adkins and Maedell Adkins. She is survived by her sister Lois Tallent of Fairborn, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home and Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Doug Virgin. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington.
