DAVID ALAN SIMPKINS
(April 5, 1979 - October 9, 2016)

DAVID ALAN SIMPKINS, 37, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery Annex. He was born April 5, 1979, in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of Leo Simpkins Jr. of Huntington and Mary Robinson of Huntington. He is also survived by one daughter, Helen Simpkins.
