Jeanette Helen (Salem) Moss

Jeanette Helen Salem Moss, 83, of Huntington, WV died Sunday August 8, 2010 in the Emogene Dolin Hospice House. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am     at Our Lady of Fatima Church with Father Jim M. Sobus officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park Mausoleum. She was born Dec. 26, 1926 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Mose and Mary Salem. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Robert J. “Robby” Moss, IV, a brother, Ted Salem and a sister Lila Jones Anderson. She was a graduate of St. Joseph Catholic High School. She is a faithful member of Our Lady of Fatima Church and the Catholic Daughters of America. She was formerly employed by the Huntington Photo Lab and the former Anderson Newcomb. She is survived by her loving family, her husband of  57 years, Robert J. “Buck” Moss, Jr.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susie and Bob Herbert and Laura and Tim Cline of Huntington; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert J. “Bobby” Moss, III and Lori; Michael Moss and Edward “Ed”and Cheryl Moss of Huntington; twelve grandchildren, Lisa (Evan) Johnson, Amy (Mark) Hafertepen, Eddie (Ali) Moss and Shauna Moss and her fiancé Paul Fields, Sarah (Jon) Jones, Matt ( Angie) Herbert,  Drew, Christina and Joey Cline, Jami Moss and Tyler and Morgan Staker, four great grandchildren, Cade and Cami Johnson, Paxton Hafertepen and Noah Jones; a sister, Lourice Fattaleh of Huntington and a host of extended family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Emogene Dolin Hospice House for their excellent care and support and would like for those who wish to make memorial contributions to Hospice.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Beard Mortuary.
