Obituary
LOIS LOGAN, resident of Huntington, WV. Heaven has another angel. The angels are embracing one of the best. Lois was the guiding light of our family. After a courageous although brief battle with cancer, Lois passed away on April 17, 2012. Lois leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Harold Logan of over 60 years of marriage, her beloved sister, Dorothy McClure, 3 children - Douglas Logan and his wife Patty, Brad Logan and Barbara Logan Leiwes, cherished grandchildren, Russell and Caitlin Logan, Christina and Carla Leiwes, great grandchildren: Connor and Caylie Leiwes and Caden Walker (Leiwes), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, one cousin and other relatives. Lois was predeceased by her parents, father Earl Bradford Pryor (long time civic activist and associate of C.M. Love Hardware), and Nora Blanche Wilson Pryor (mother), a sister, Edith Pryor Roberts and brother, Earl Pryor Junior, Lois was born and raised in Huntington, She graduated from Huntington High School, attended Marshall University and was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority. She graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. Lois will be dearly missed by her entire family. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Lois' life at Johnson Memorial First United Methodist Church on April 20. Visitation will be from 1 - 2 pm followed by a service and reception at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Hospice House of Huntington for their genuine care and support. Beard Mortuary is assisting the family.
