JOY CHARLTON, 85, of Huntington, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2012 at Huntington Health and Rehab. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, WV, with Father Dean Borgmeyer officiating.
