DOROTHY V. POSTON
(December 19, 1925 - March 12, 2017)

DOROTHY V. POSTON, 91, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born December 19, 1925, in Huntington, the daughter of the late Cecil Poston Sr. and Flossie Holley Poston. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter Judy, and brothers and sisters Aldine, Goldie, Densel Lee, Ruth, Victor and Charlotte. She was retired from Marshall University. She is survived by three children, Doris Lichliter, Arthur Johnson and Wilda Johnson; seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Grant, Kenneth, Wilford, David, Shirley, Wanda and Sharon; and a host of nieces and nephews. There will be no services as by Dorothy's wishes. Beard Mortuary is assisting the family.
