Audrey Lee (Clagg) Blake
(February 21, 1930 - September 9, 2018)

Audrey Lee Clagg Blake, 88, joined the love of her life, Fredrick Blake in Heaven on Sunday, September 9, 2018 in Columbus, OH.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Blake; grandson, Chad Blake; granddaughter, Jamie Blake; brothers, Larry Clagg and Darrell Clagg; and sister, Opal Black.  Audrey was a member of Groveport Southern Baptist Church.  She loved and took care of many children and treated them as her own.  Her kitchen was the heart of her home and everyone was welcome to a home cooked meal of which she mastered.  She loved flowers and good conversation; she will be missed.  Audrey is survived by her son, Gary (Sheila) Blake; daughter-in-law, Gina Blake; grandchildren, Michelle Blake, Adam (Juanita) Blake, Matthew (Nancy) Blake and Ryan Blake; great grandchildren, Kristen (Eric) Blake, Megan Blake, Adam Blake, Dalton Blake, Ashley Blake, Finnton Blake; great-great grandson, Abel Blake, all of Columbus, OH; sisters, Naomi McComas, Arlene Webb, Patsy Davis and Judy Edmonds; brother, Tommy Clagg; and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Greg Lunsford officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.  The family would like to thank Hospice National Church Residences for all of their support.
