Jonathan Sean Ortiz, 26, of Salt Rock, WV, formerly of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019 at his residence. He was born August 3, 1992 in Bradenton, FL a son of Alison R. McGuffin of Huntington and Tommy Montgomery of Ocala, FL. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jarek Lee Montgomery. Additional survivors include: a sister, Tiffani Montgomery of Huntington; maternal grandparents, Jim and Denise Evans of Barboursville, WV; an aunt and uncle, Dee and Darrell Adkins of Huntington; cousins, Lisa Adkins, and Mikey and Kayla Schoemer, all of Huntington; special friends, Frank and Nancy Lawson of Salt Rock; and his best friend, his beloved dog, Prince. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 4:00 pm Friday at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington.
