Mary Ann McDaniel, 76, of Huntington, widow of Larry Michael McDaniel, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born March 2, 1944 in Milton, WV, a daughter of the late James Cledeth and Anvy Ida Conner. Her sisters, Patsy Smith and Peggy Adkins, and her brother, William Carpenter, all preceded her in death. Mary graduated from Huntington East High School, enjoyed playing Bingo, worked as a cashier for the Department of Motor Vehicles in Winfield, WV., and just recently finished working for the Pullman Square Parking Garage after 13 years. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Marie McDaniel and a son, James Michael McDaniel with whom she made her home; and a sister, Freda Kingery of Huntington. Due to the current regulations with COVID-19, private funeral services will be Thursday at White Chapel Mausoleum with Pastor Marc Price officiating. Entombment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in the White Chapel Mausoleum.
