Obituary

 CWO-4 George M. Miley Jr. 77, of Huntington, WV passed away May 7, 2007 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. George was born January 22, 1930, in Allison Park, PA, the son of the late George M. Miley Sr. and Luella May Moore. He was retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after 30 years of service. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, George is survived by his wife Marie C. Miley, one son, George III, four daughters, Christine, Sally, Judith, and Peggy, two step-children, Willanna, and Kenneth, eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held 2:00pm Saturday at the Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with family friend Kyle Peake officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV with Full Military Honors. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
