Eva L. King
(February 3, 1931 - March 29, 2009)

Eva L. King, 78, of Huntington, widow of Ellis King, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Hospice House of Huntington Funeral services will be 3 pm Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington with Dr. Gary Patton officiating. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Eva was born February 3, 1931 in Lincoln County, WV a daughter of the late McClellan and Agnes Porter Bragg. She is survived by her three sons, Scottie (Nancy) King, Charles (Belinda) King and Carl King (Jane Jobe) all of Huntington; two sisters, Freda Bledsoe of Barboursville, and Hilda Holley (Dallas) of Huntington; a very special friend, Iris Legg; six grandchildren, Sherree (Chris) Jones of Hope Mills, NC, Scottie (Amy) King Jr. of Huntington, Erin King of Wilmington, NC, Charles “CJ” King Jr. of Huntington, Josh King of U.S. Army, serving in Europe and Mandi Mulvaney of Catlettsburg, KY; and eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Several special nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Special Thanks to the Hospice House for their loving care. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home.
