Ricky Lee Jenkins
(June 14, 1956 - November 16, 2009)

Ricky Lee Jenkins, 53, of Huntington, passed away Monday, November 16, 2009, at St. Mary’s Mecidal Center. A memorial service will be held 2 PM Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington with Robert Hogsett officiating. Ricky was born June 14, 1956 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Vernon E. Jenkins and the late Audra A. Jenkins Steele. He was a former receiver for Super Value and a member of the Teamsters Local 505. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon E. Jenkins; mother, Audra Jenkins Steele; brother, Russell “Rusty” Jenkins and grandmother, Iva “Dutch” Ferguson. Survivors include his children, Krista (Jackie) Wooten, Kelly (James) Byron, Michael “Mick” Shannon and Kristina Stoler Motley; grandchildren, Bryce and Marshall Wooten and Jadyn and Addyson Byron; step-mother, Gladys Jenkins; former wife, Sharon Jenkins. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
