Roy Lovins

Roy Lovins, 83, of Huntington passed away November 16, 2009 at St Mary’s Medical Center. He was born November 7, 1926 in Wayne Co a son of the late Okay Lovins and the late Mary Lovins Damron. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by three brothers; Noah Lovins, John Lovins, and Glen Damron; Three sisters; Hazel Little, Eve Salmons, and Nellie Maynard. Survivors include his children, Phillip (Teresa) Lovins of Huntington, Gary (Monica) Lovins of M.D.; Sandra(Rick) Hitchcock of Kenova; Two brothers Ralph (Dora Lea) Damron of Wayne; Paul(Janet) Damron of Oh; One sister Nora Finley also of Wayne, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 20, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Buck Maynard officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home.
