Thomas Alfred Moore
(February 1, 1936 - November 6, 2009)

Thomas Alfred Moore, 73 of Barboursville passed away November 6, 2009 at Hospice House of Huntington. He was born February 1, 1936, a son of the late Robert D. Moore and Lois C. Bias Moore. He was a member of Elmwood Missionary Baptist Church; Tri-State Amateur Radio Association, and had served in U.S. Air Force. Funeral Service will be conducted Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rick Glass officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery with full Military Honors. Visitation will be Monday, from 6-8 PM at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Arlyna Simms Moore. Survivors include 3 children; Thomas (Karen) Moore, of North Carolina, Tamatha (Carl) Cheke of Milton, and Cyndee (Michael) Adkins of Barboursville; one brother, Robert A.(Yvonne) Moore, of Indiana and four grandchildren; Nicole, Emily, Jacob, Naomi. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home is assisting the family.
