Delmer Ray Jones
(August 11, 1945 - November 14, 2010)

Delmer Ray Jones, 65, of Huntington passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born August 11, 1945, in Huntington, a son of the late Delmer and Opal Jones (Gilfilen). He was preceded in death by one sister Ann Pace. He was a member of the 25th St. New Beginning Apostolic Church. He is survived by two sons; Shane Ross and Bill Champaigne of Huntington, WV; three daughters Missy Jones (Bruce), Robin Bowman, and Jenny Jones all of Huntington, two brothers; Charles Jones (Nellie) and Gus Jones (Melody) of Huntington, one brother-in-law; Jim Pace, two sisters; Mary (Ronald) Hicks, Karen Ward, all of Huntington, WV, and pat Wyatt of Tennessee, two grandchildren Robert and David Jones and one great-grandchild, and a very special friend Connie Adams. Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday 1:00pm, at 25th St. New Beginning Apostolic Church, with pastor Todd Mills officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
