John Roderick West

John Roderick West, age 73, of Middleburg, VA, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 while under the care of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in WV. Born August 9, 1941 in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son of the late Joan Raymond and Viola (Kulashevski) West. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, of VA. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Tri-State Cremation Society.
