Daniel Dean Cooper, 54 of Spencer, WV passed away September 11, 2015 at his residence. He was born March 13, 1961 in Baltimore Maryland, a son of the late Howard Cooper and Judith Bond. Daniel is survived by two sons; Charles and Joshua Cooper both of Bossier City LA. There will be no visitation or services. Tri-State Cremation Society, Huntington is handling arrangements.
