Virgil Workman
(March 12, 1923 - September 3, 1015)

Virgil Workman, 92, of Huntington, WV passed away September 3, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born March 12, 1923 in Logan Co., WV to the late parents of Cecil Workman and Roxie (Mullins) Workman. He was a member of the Huntington VFW Post #1064. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha (Davis) Workman, sister; Yvonne Wert, two brothers; Arthur “Jiggs” Workman and Narliss Workman. He leaves behind to mourn his loss, sisters; Deloris Taylor of West Palm Beach, FL and Beulah Mellert of Hartford City, IN, brothers; Cletis “Ed” Workman of Huntington and Harry Dale Workman of Roswell, NM. Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
