Julie Allease Taylor
(January 29, 1957 - March 30, 2021)



Julie A. Taylor
 
Of Huntington, WV, entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021 at the age of Sixty-Four years, Two months & One day. She was born January 29th, 1957 in Ashland, KY, and was the child of Elizabeth Taylor and Almighty God. In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her uncle: Carl Taylor, brother: Bobby Taylor and sister: Tammy Lee.
Julie graduated from Boyd County High School in 1975, where she ran track, specifically hurdles, and she placed at the state Level where she competed. Julie was employed by F.W. Means, as well as Big Bear. She loved helping out, cleaning for close friends and family.
Those left to cherish her Julie’s memory include one daughter: Vonyetta Allease Taylor, two grandkids: Paul NeShawn Taylor, and Jalon Anthony Taylor. Julie is also survived by a host of family and friends including siblings: Carolyn Stewart, Linda Taylor, Jo Ann Taylor, Debra Dawson, Frances Fitzpatrick, Missy Fletcher, and Diane Diwalt. For many years she was loved by Paul Smith, her best friend forever: Victoria Byrd, and her roommate and special friend: Robert “Crunch” Crawford, Uncle Leonard Smith, as well her Sisters by Love: Kelly Smith, Paula Smith, Doris Sanders, Toni Robinson, and Christy Smith, JoAnn Clarke, the community, and a host of nieces and nephews by blood and love and friends.
A Home-Going service will be conducted 1:00 P.M, Saturday, April 10th, 2021 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, WV with Bishop Samuel Moore officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 10th, 2021 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home.
