Obituary

MARY AGNES JONES, 79, of Madison Heights, Mich., went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 22, 2005. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Ferrell Rood officiating. Burial will follow in Neal Cemetery, Milton. She was born December 19, 1925, a daughter of the late Rev. Perry U. and Lillie Ann Rood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Jones; daughter, Linda Jones; four brothers and four sisters. Mary was a Baptist by faith. She is survived by two brothers, Jonothan M. Rood of Springfield, Tenn., and Ferrell M. Rood of Zaleski, Ohio, and three sisters, Helen Wetherholt of Florida, Dorothy A. Rood of Wellston, Ohio and Naomi Hope Ratliff of Oak Hill, W.Va.
